1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ritual or service.
• Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the eligible period.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the stipulated 24-hour window.

3. Rescheduling

We offer one-time rescheduling of bookings at no extra cost if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur additional charges.

4. Service Issues

If you face any issues with our service, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide a refund or reschedule the service.
